Soooo, five reasons you may have leftover yolks but just one suggestion for what to do with them (lemon curd). Really?
Leftover egg yolks aren’t my problem. It’s leftover egg whites that I need more uses for. I don’t do egg white omelets and no sweets, which seriously limits the ideas for egg white only dishes.
Love it! I have extra yolks on hand as we speak and I love lemon curd. Thanks for the ideas!
