    I live in San Diego with a huge Thai and Vietnamese population. I have shopped for the last 20-25 years at a Vietnamese market, not only is it much cheaper than the other markets, but they carry things you have never heard of. I’m still trying to find a recipe for duck tongues!

    Since I prepare many southern Indian and Thai curries, I use a lot of coconut milk, and by far the best is the Choakoh brand, and is about $1.20 a can here. I rarely have any of the coconut milk left over.
