Poor Man’s Lobster
From Tim Perry, Franklin, Mass.
Years ago, a fisherman buddy of mine made me what he called “poor man’s lobster.” It was actually made with chunks of halibut fillet. He said he learned the recipe while working as a deckhand on a fishing boat in Alaska. I love lobster, but I had to admit, his recipe was delicious. Has anybody ever heard of this, and does anyone know how to make it?
