We rely on our home recipe testers to ensure every recipe published by America’s Test Kitchen is guaranteed to work in any kitchen. In our exhaustive recipe development process, our home testers—also known as Friends of Cook’s—give us useful feedback on our recipes, from conception (what dishes would readers like to make?) to execution (how did it come out in a reader’s kitchen?).

I wasn’t aware that Country had a separate list from Illustrated. Signing up today for Country’s list as I have really been enjoying testing for Illustrated. Thanks, Christine for bringing this to my attention!
Today’s project has been Brioche. My kitchen smells heavenly and I’m dying to cut into those loaves. Two hours is torture to wait for them to cool!
Would LOVE to be a taste tester!
I would be interested to test recipes. I love to cook and try new recipes. I also love a delicious outcome
I would love to test recipes. As part of a food science curriculum, it would be interesting to test these in class. Please contact me.
