If you’re anything like us at America’s Test Kitchen, you have gymnastics streaming all morning in the office, you gather your coworkers together for in-house games, and you eat, sleep, and breathe the Olympic games — mostly eat. While London is hosting athletes and fans from around the globe, our Facebook fans are cooking recipes from all over, as well. This week, we’re featuring dishes from Italy, Spain, and China — or at least, influenced by them, and from our Facebook fans and the die-hard Olympics fans here in Brookline.
