But Nicole swears this dish is something you will easily fall in love with and want to make over and over again (which sounds like a great option for picky eaters and stubborn kids). Nicole even tells us that she would rather have this cheesy and flavorful dish than macaroni and cheese! And since cauliflower is in replacement of the pasta, this dish loses about half the carbs while gaining more nutrients.
