I love a rich, creamy soup, but sometimes recipes for corn chowder taste more like cream than corn. i made halibut with sweet corn curry + pickled chanterelles last night, and it was unbelievable! the corn was so fresh and sweet it was delicious raw, but this recipe was a close second in a way to eat it:
