    it really is easier than you’d think. i get my oysters at the hollywood farmers market from the oyster boys, who have their own video (perhaps a bit less professionally done, but just as cute), and basically state the same steps. you can check it out here: http://wildfreshntasty.com/2011/08/23/shucking-oysters/
