When you've got as many grills as we do, you can't just leave them on the patio. (Also, we have no patio.)
Test kitchen interns David Klein and Jessica Thompson return a couple of our winning charcoal grills to their home in the prop storage room behind the kitchen after spending the day using them to test recipes. (This isn’t even our whole collection: there’s an entire separate hallway full of gas grills for recipe testing, and that’s not to mention our separate storage unit!)
