Who knew there were so many options when it comes to containing your grilled comestibles?
Assistant tastings and testings editor Tai Sierra removes a skewer’s worth of grilled chicken and vegetables to a take-home container, watching closely to see how the food behaves as it comes off the device, as test kitchen intern Richard Douglas lines up another kebab containment device during a test of different brands of skewers designed for the grill, some of which can be seen on the tray at bottom right.
