Test kitchen intern Sarah Mullins reads a book as she keeps watch over several grills outside the kitchen during a long winter grilling session. That is, we’re pretty sure it’s Sarah – with low temperatures outside our Brookline, Massachusetts headquarters falling near single digits lately, our intrepid workers are taking all sorts of precautions against the cold, from big warm scarves to multiple propane-powered blast heaters. Or, as seen here, both!
