Bagging Up Blondies

A gigantic dessert bar taste test can only mean one thing: loads of leftovers.

Cook’s Country test cook Carolynn MacKay lifts a sheet of blondies from a cooling rack after a test of several different recipes for healthier versions of the classic cookie bar (the leftovers of which can be seen plated up on the counter). Where’s this sheet headed? Into a gallon-sized zipper-lock bag, into the pile of bagged-up blondies at right, and from there, into the waiting hands of Carolynn’s grateful coworkers. One of the many perks of working at the test kitchen!
