Simple and since I keep good frozen corn in the freezer an very doable recipe from my pantry freezer! COOL!
The rice came out absolutely delicious!
It’s winter, so I didn’t have cherry tomatoes, or corn on the cob, or even a lime, for that matter, but I did have tomatoes that I canned this past fall, corn that I froze and an orange, came out great, thanks.
