I made it without the chipotle becuase I couldn’t find any, salsa juice rather than water for extra flavor, and over rice rather than with tortillas. It worked great. I expect it’ll be part of my regular menu.
can you substitute skinless chicken thighs? Does the cooking time change and, if so, by how much?
