Really enjoyed this! I cheated and used frozen (thawed) hasbrowns and still worked great.
Excellent. I was pleasantly surprised when the coating didn’t slide off! I used Tilapia & actually coated the second side after I flipped it. A+ to this recipe- we loved the taste.
