      Hi,

I love your Red Pepper Jelly. As I am trying to cut out sugar, would it be possible to use stivia or agave nectar instead.

      thanks

I didn’t get great results with this recipe. It was way too sweet. It wasn’t nearly spicy enough and the bell pepper taste didn’t really come through the way I wanted it to. Also, I realize it’s a jelly recipe and not a jam recipe, but I would have liked there to have been a larger fruit to jelly ratio. With some tweaking I’m sure I can make it work, but unaltered I found this recipe solidly unsatisfying.
