<< Back to Article: How to Make Corn Tortillas
I am always excited to go back to my roots in SE Arizona on the border. I too miss the local tortilla factory–walk in, order the tortillas & watch them be made. Fresh tortillas for dinner in a hour. The store corn tortillas are not even similar for the most part especially here in Ohio. I have found one brand Milagro that actually “behave” properly–i.e. somewhat stick together and taste like corn.
Excellent!!!!!!!!!! There is nothing like a hot tortilla with cheese, any kind, it will melt and taste delicioso!!!! :p
making these tonight. Yum.
No temperature of griddle or skillet would like some sort of “ball-park” am I shooting for 350? 400? 450?
