I love this recipe! I’ve been using it for years.
I made this for the wife today Mother’s Day. She absolutely loved it, the kids were wild about it as well.

When do you add the blueberries? Into the batter while still in the bowl? Into the pancake before flipping?
Right after you pour the batter on the skillet for 2 or 3 pancakes, sprinkle 1 tablespoon blueberries over each pancake.
Can you use the powdered buttermilk in this recipe? Would it taste the same?
