The Washington Post recently ran an article on techniques for preparing fish in the slow cooker. Naturally, they turned to one of the slow cooker authorities here at America’s Test Kitchen, test cook and executive editor Julia Collin Davison. Davison, who helped develop recipes for Slow Cooker Revolution, shared her knowledge and hailed the appliance as a kitchen all-star. During the live chat she mentions, “Not only is [fish] incredibly easy in the slow cooker, but it’s good…It has a silky texture and is tender and moist.” Davison will continue developing delicious and easy slow cooker recipes with Slow Cooker Revolution Volume 2: The Easy-Prep Edition, due for release Fall 2013.
