These are great pictures. Chris I have to say that you are a lucky man. Your job; good food, good workmates, good environment, I am jealous. I look good in the bow tie and suspenders and have a charming English accent so if you ever need an assistant, I can sound like Jeeves, or a stunt double for food tasting, I’m your man.
I love your show (Cook’s Country TV) and so I also love the crew and you too Christopher Kimball. Of all the many cooking shows I watch, and believe me I watch plenty, your show is the best and my favorite. I would love to come there and get to see and meet you all. Your biggest fan…Donna Bardocz
Hi Chris and great staff: Greetings from this transplanted Vermonter in Virginia. I am glad to get the chance to let you know how much I enjoy your shows, information and cookbooks. When I started watching Cook’s Country (always watch ATKitchen) and saw the farmhouse I just thought it looked like a VT house (ok – I know they look like that elsewhere:)). I was always hoping for info about it and then one day checked out your website, read your blog and saw the info about the houses. I’m glad to have read it. I admire Calvin Coolidge too Chris and enjoyed visiting Plymouth and his homestead when I was up home. I am from Milton, VT a little north of Burlington and the ride to Rutland and Plymouth is a nice one – any ride in Vermont is nice!
Thank you for sharing all these wonderful photos. I love both your shows and we watch them faithfully each week here on our local PBS station. We would love to know how to go about getting tickets to come to your show and be included in the taste testing. I always enjoy your newsletters. Thank you all again for putting on such good cooking shows. Joan Davis
If these photos are a true reflection of the world of CC and ATK then they are extraordinary and unusual for the amount of respect every person seems to get from everyone else – even the so-called “stars” and “owners”. Now if you could just run the world that way …. love your shows! Love your cookbook.
I love you guys, Chris, Julia, Bridget, Jack, Erin, the test gadget Guru & Guru-ess (forgot your names momentarily). Watch you faithfully on PBS the whole weekend. You guys are like family to me. You’ve taught me so much. Love the way you share with us on that personal level. I feel like I know you all personally. Thank you to all the other key people behind the scenes who bring the show all together. Good Job! Chris, it looks like you do it all on TV, but we know it takes the whole crew to do the job. Still, we’ll let you believe that you’re the “boss of the applesause”. Love ya, Food Dude!
This is one of the best programs on television network, cable, you name the transmission. Every segment of every show is interesting & entertaining. The cast are all class acts not only professional in manner but as well a hoot! Bridget doing her Paula Deen impersonations (the umm umm umm) or is it the other way round, & Julia’s sounds of pure joy as she makes….you name it puts a personal touch to the segment(s) that cannot be questioned as to their realism. For comments on all the other seen (Jack…Adam) & unseen support staff would take a week’s typing & I’m not that good. Ha… One more thing though how does Chris stay so thin? I’m sure he has his ways, jogging from the Boston studios to the Vermont ones & then back again? With his job I’m surprised he doesn’t way 500 pounds! To everyone connected to the show(s) directly or indirectly keep up the fantastic work you…..
