After spending six months coordinating the stunt, DC-area sushi restaurant Sticky Rice launched a plate of their popular Godzirra roll (crunchy shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, spicy sauce and cucumbers with tempura crunchies and tobiko) into the upper reaches of the atmosphere before plummeting back to earth. Guess the sky’s not the limit for Sticky Rice’s sushi.
