I Love My Pressure Cooker Because It’s Chef-Approved

Don’t just take our word for it—see what top chefs have to say.

This week we celebrate the modern pressure cooker and our new book, Pressure Cooker Perfection. Check back daily for tips, tricks, videos, and recipes that will help you get the most out of this essential kitchen time-saver.

We love our pressure cookers at the Test Kitchen, and we wondered if other food professionals were keen on them, too. We joined chefs Jody Adams of Rialto and Trade, Mary Dumont of Harvest, Tony Maws of Craigie on Main, and Dante de Magistris of dante to see how they use pressure cookers in their own kitchens.

Spending time with each of the chefs was enlightening. Watch and see what they had to say—and cook.
