    All of your recommendations, videos, recipes are just wonderful. Would it be possible to subtitle your videos? Although there is a auto voice transcriber, never does it transcribe with much accuracy. I still can’t figure out what to soak the fish in to remove the fish smells. If You try reading the transcriber from the videos you’ll see for yourself. I myself would would greatly appreciate subtitles. Thank you.

    Hi khowarter, thank you for the suggestion — we will consider it! And as for the tip on how to lessen the “fishy” odor of seafood, soak the fish or the shellfish meat in milk for 20 minutes and then drain and pat dry.
