    I love the wheels. Great information in a fun presentation.

    The solution for inaccurately measuring flour (or anything else for that matter) ought to be: “Measure by weight, not by volume”—which happens to be the solution given for produce and proteins.

    Great info! Funny, if you go to King Arthur Flour (which I’m a huge fan of), they tell you to spoon your flour into the measuring cup or you will get too much. I do it this way and it works well for me on all of my recipes. Maybe someone will fill my birthday wish and I’ll get a scale this year.
