Feeling the cabin fever? Grab whoever’s near and dear for a Monkey Bread baking party.
Monkey Bread starts with homemade bread dough that kids (and, yes, adults) can pick apart and roll into many, many balls. The balls are dipped in butter, rolled in cinnamon-sugar, stacked in a tube or Bundt pan, and baked. The pieces of dough seem to melt together, with the sugar and butter transformed into a thick, caramel goo that oozes into every nook and cranny. And because the balls of dough are piled on top of another, the end result becomes a crowning confection of the softest, sweetest, stickiest, most cinnamony bread ever tasted.
Step #4

Coat the balls with melted butter and sugar and place in buttered Bundt pan, staggering the balls as you build up the layers.
