Leah is the Test Kitchen Manager and is in charge of keeping the test cooks on their toes. A two-time America's Test Kitchen intern on the Tastings & Testings and kitchen teams, she got her start writing cookbook reviews while taking graduate courses at the Columbia Publishing Program in NYC. Leah credits her passion for food to her grandmothers—the Jewish one she never met, and the señora she lived with in Spain, who welcomed her into the Sevillana kitchen and taught her what it means to be a great cook.
